Will my details be published in the delegate circulation list?
When registering for the ASOHNS ASM 2025, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate circulation list (name and state/country only) for the benefit of all delegates, exhibitors and sponsors.

If you do not wish for your details to be published in the delegate circulation list, please opt out of this option when registering. In recent years we have introduced a lead scanning tool that enables exhibitors to scan the QR code when you visit their booth in person. When an exhibitor scans the QR code they will be able to see your contact name, organisation, address, and email address that you have registered for the meeting with. If you do not wish for them to have this information, please feel free to decline their request to scan.

Do I need personal insurance?
Delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to persons or property, including baggage during the ASOHNS ASM 2025. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action. The Meeting Organisers are not responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

What does the Goods and Services Tax (GST) mean?
