Presentation Description
520 consecutive patients with a provisional diagnosis of Vestibular Migraine were treated with common migraine suppressants between November 2020 and June 2024 in two groups.
In the first group of 333 patients from November 2020 to October 2022, Vestibular Migraine was the primary diagnosis.
From October 2022 to June 2024, 187 patients were treated but 45 patients were included who had an additional proven diagnosis of Meniere’s Disease and they received Serc in the original non-generic form as well.
The results are presented and the pathophysiological model of Vestibular Migraine is reviewed.
