Dr. Madison Boot completed her Doctor of Medicine in 2020 from the University of Wollongong. She previously completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Pre-Medical Certificate at the University of Notre Dame Australia, graduating with Distinction. She has also completed a Masters of Surgery as well as a Masters of Health Leadership. She is currently working as an ENT registrar at John Hunter Hospital. Dr. Boot is passionate about rural medicine and founded the Wagga Wagga Base Surgical Research Group, in the hopes to encourage rural research and improve outcomes in the rural surgery setting. Dr Boot is interested in surgical oncology, particularly head and neck, and otitis media management in rural and remote communities.
